Do you do these etchings by hand or by machine?
Each piece is etched individually by skilled artisans using a revolutionary technique that provides a far richer degree of depth and shading than any other etching technique can give you. No machines are used to etch them. Yet this technique also makes it possible to ensure that every etching of a given artwork are almost identical, ensuring you that the etching that you buy will look just like what you see on our website.
Do these mirrors reflect like normal mirrors?
The mirrors are fully reflective. Our pictures of them show them reflecting a dark background. Whatever is dark in the pictures will reflect whatever background is around them, just like any other mirror.
How can I be sure my glass items won't arrive broken?
Our shipping department has been packing glass mirrors and tables for over 10 years and very few arrive damaged in shipping. If, by chance, yours is one of those few that do, however, call us and we'll ship you a replacement immediately at no further cost to you. We guarantee you will end up with furniture or decor that is in perfect condition.
How can I be sure the item I order isn't out of stock?
Because we etch the mirrors and glass ourselves, the possibility of us being out of stock on an item is extremely rare. If we are out of a particular design in the size you order, we simply etch it and get it out to you as if we had pulled it out of stock. Expect your purchase to arrive in 5 to 10 days of placing your order for all but our personalized or custom etched products. Expect custom etchings to arrive in 20 to 30 days.
How long do the etchings last?
These glass etchings are a permanent part of the glass or mirror and are guaranteed for the life of the glass never to fade or rub off.
How sturdy are the frames and furniture?
Our frames and furniture are crafted in the USA with the highest quality materials. Furniture is available in oak. Mirrors and coat rack frames are made of solid oak except for the oval frames, which are made of ash.
Is any special process needed to clean the glass?
To clean the etchings, use any liquid glass cleaner. The images are a permanent part of the glass and will last as long as the glass itself.
Can you etch for me a photo or artwork that I provide?
Yes, we are happy to reproduce your artwork, photograph or design as the highest quality custom glass etching. We can provide custom etchings of wedding pictures, children, pets, family portraits, cars and business logos, and any picture that's important to you. We also offer personalized wedding mirrors with the names and date etched along with a beautiful etched rose on a heart-shaped mirror. We reserve the right to refuse to etch any images that we find objectionable or pornographic. Since this is a new website, some of these offers are not listed yet on the website, but are definitely available.
Can I get etched glass or etched mirrors in sizes other than what you list?
Yes, you can get a custom size of our featured artwork or of your own artwork, photographs or designs.
Why are some of the links not available on your website?
This is a new website and still in construction. Many of our southwest art & southwest decor products have not been listed, as this is a much more time consuming process. Our goal is to do it right the first time and every time. The major advantage of this for you is that each time you return to our site, you'll definitely find something new.
